You may have seen the recent news that Arla are trialing an additive in cow feed called Bovaer which is they believe will help reduce methane emissions from cattle. This is experimental at this stage and has caused a bit of controversy with consumers worried about extra chemicals being added to production of their milk.
We have had a number of concerned customers contact us and after consultation with our suppliers we want to reassure everyone that our milk is BOVAER FREE….the milk being produced from this experiment is mainly going into certain supermarkets.
