Our milk is Bovaer free
We would like to reassure our customers that we do not use the synthetic feed additive Bovaer.
Our organic milk is certified by the Soil Association and the use of such additives is prohibited.
Our cows dine on a natural organic diet. Our fields are also free from chemical fertilisers, herbicides and fungicides - and have been for over 25 years.
What is Bovaer? It has been in the news this week, after one of the UK’s largest dairy companies began using it in an attempt to reduce the volume of methane produced by their cows.
We feel that our long term focus on soil health and regenerative farming is a far better and natural way to help reduce the effects of climate change.
