"Due to the recent news about a new Methane additive being available to trial, we would like to just reassure customers that we are NOT taking part in this. Our girls are fed Lush grass grown here at plurenden as well as our home grown Maize, hay, silage, brewers grains and cattle pellets in the winter months - keeping them healthy and happy. In the summer months they are free to graze our grass fields as well as having their usual diet accessible at all times. After all “happy cows produce award winning milk” And happy, healthy cows is what we commit ourselves to here at plurenden!
